The Esports Nations Cup 2026 has revealed its VALORANT coaching staff, a significant move ahead of one of the largest national-team esports events ever organised. With more than 100 countries set to compete, the appointment of head coaches is a sign that preparations for the event are moving quickly.

The tournament will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 2 to November 29, 2026. During the second week of the event, VALORANT matches will be played, with 32 national teams battling for a prize pool of 1.5 million dollars. That makes it one of the biggest country-based competitions in the history of the game.

Confirming coaches is an important step as it allows teams to focus on building strong rosters and developing strategies before the competition begins.

More than 700 Coaches Approved Worldwide

The organisers of the tournament have approved over 730 coaches from around the world. These coaches will lead their teams through the qualifiers and final stages of the championship.

The coaching list includes experienced professionals, former players, and rising tactical leaders. Many of them have already worked in regional leagues and international tournaments, which adds valuable knowledge to their national squads.

Regions such as Europe and Asia have the largest number of participating countries, reflecting the strong popularity of VALORANT in those areas.

This wide participation shows how quickly esports is growing as a global sport.
