The Fifa World Cup 2026 will begin from 11th of June. The countdown of the biggest global event has started. Football fans are eagerly waiting for the biggest tournament across the globe. This time 48 teams will be featured in fifa and 104 matches will be played between them. The USA, Mexico and Canada are hosting the major event which will be played across the different venues of the countries. Today, we will take a look at Top 5 star footballers who are missing from the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Phil Foden

Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden was the player whom we were not expecting to miss the FIFA. England did not pick him in the squad. He was part of the England men’s squad of FIFA 2022. The 25 year old has played 49 matches scoring four goals, Still they did not pick him in the squad. 

Joao Pedro

Joao Pedro enjoyed the beautiful season for Chelsea Premier League and became a player of the season as well. Still he was not able to make Brazil’s men squad of 2026. His ignorance erupts a huge controversy over the internet among the Brazil fans. 

Harry Magurie

One of the best players and star defender from the England football national team. Also he is the best defender in the England men’s squad. Still, he was not able to make the World Cup Squad. Most importantly he played in the Fifa World Cup in both previous seasons for England. 

Dejan Kulusevski

One of the top performers from Sweden in previous years so far. He has been one of the top consistent players who showed it by himself. But they did not pick him in the Fifa World Cup men’s squad.

Paulo Dybala

The Fifa World Cup 2022 champion Paulo Dybala was not picked in the men’s World Cup 2026 Squad. Even though Argentina management did not keep him in the men’s 55 list. He was one of the finest forwards in the squad.
