Arjun Tendulkar showcased an all-round performance in a T20 Mumbai League 2026 match played at Wankhede Stadium on Monday. Representing ARCS Andheri, the son of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar delivered a match-winning display with both bat and ball. Arjun also won the ‘Player of the Match’ as he pushed Arcs Andheri in the driver’s seat and powered the side in the one-sided victory over Bandra Blasters.

Bandra Blasters won the toss and invited Shivam Dube-led ARCS Andheri to bowl. ARCS Andheri bowlers dominated the Bandra Blaster batter right from the start. Arjun Tendulkar emerged as his team’s most successful bowler as he picked a three-wicket haul and conceded only 11 runs in his three overs. Bandra Blasters managed to post only 144 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their 20 overs, thanks to Arjun’s sensational bowling.

After showcasing an impressive show with the ball, Arjun stepped up with the bat and made the run chase look effortless. Walking in to bat at number three, he capitalized on the opportunity early on and launched a counter-attack against the opposition bowlers. The 26-year-old reached his half-century in just 25 balls.

Arjun played an impactful knock of 66 runs off 34 balls, which included four boundaries and five towering sixes. His explosive batting helped ARCS Andheri chase down the target of 145 runs in just 13.5 overs easily. After laying the foundation with the ball, this innings by Arjun effectively took Bandra Blasters out of the contest.

Arjun was traded to LSG ahead of IPL 2026

Arjun played for Mumbai Indians (MI) for five years, where he got very limited opportunities. Ahead of IPL 2026, he was traded to the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG, however, he got to play only a single match in the 19th edition of IPL. Looking at his overall IPL career so far, he has taken four wickets and scored 18 runs across six matches.
