Taijul Islam
After a successful domestic season in 2013–2014, Taijul was carefully chosen for Bangladesh A, and on the 2014 West Indies trip, he finally made his Test debut for Bangladesh. He had five wickets on his debut and eight during Zimbabwe’s tour of Bangladesh later that same year, the best stats of any Bangladeshi at the Test level. He made his ODI debut later in the series and went on to take a hat-trick, making history by becoming the first player to do so in a game after a breakthrough performance.

Shakib Al Hasan
2007 saw Shakib Al Hasan make his test debut against India. The 2008 Chittagong Test against New Zealand marked his turning point. The best bowling performance by a Bangladeshi bowler to date was his 7/36. In the 2012 Asia Cup, Shakib was able to score 237 runs, including three fifty-scores, and finish with six wickets. For the first time ever, Bangladesh made it to the competition final but lost to Pakistan by two runs. For his performance in the game, Shakib Al Hasan won a number of prizes.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz
Bangladesh defeated the Windies by an innings and 184 runs to take a 2-0 lead. Shakib was voted Man of the Series, and Mehidy Hasan was chosen Man of the Match. On November 30, 2018, Bangladesh spinners left the West Indies floundering towards a humiliating loss in the second Test following a superb morning display in Dhaka. Mehidy Hasan’s career-best 7-58 helped Bangladesh easily defeat the visitors for 111 and build a massive 397-run advantage in the first innings.

Enamul Haque Jr
The sluggish left-arm spinner from Bangladesh played in 15 test matches, recording 44 wickets at an average of 40.61. Actually beginning in 2003 and ending in 2013, Enamul Haque Junior’s test career. In his career playing test matches, he had three five-wicket hauls, one ten-wicket haul, and his best numbers were 7/95.
