The BGIS 2026 Quarter Finals have officially ended after four days of intense matches. A total of 64 teams competed across Groups A, B, C and D. Each team played six matches, and the fight for the top positions remained close until the final game.
Now, the tournament moves to its next major stage. The Semi Finals are ready, and only the strongest teams are still in the race for the championship.
16 Teams Directly Qualified For Semi Finals
After the Quarter Finals, the top 16 teams in the overall standings have secured their direct spots in the Semi Finals. These teams showed strong consistency, smart rotations and balanced gameplay.

Remaining Semi Final Slots
There will be 24 teams in total in the Semi Finals. Since 16 teams have already qualified, the remaining 8 slots will be decided through the Wildcard stage.
Teams ranked from 17th to 40th in the Quarter Finals standings will compete again in the Wildcard round. Only the top 8 teams from that stage will advance to complete the Semi Final lineup.
This makes the Wildcard round very important for many fan favorite teams.
BGIS 2026 Semi Finals Format
The Semi Finals will feature 24 teams. These include 16 directly qualified teams and 8 teams from the Wildcard stage.
- The 24 teams will be divided into three groups.
- The matches will follow a double round robin format.
- Each group will play four matches per day.
This format allows teams to prove their consistency over multiple games instead of relying on one strong performance.
At the end of the Semi Finals, the top 8 teams in the overall standings will qualify for the Grand Finals.
Semi Finals Schedule
The BGIS 2026 Semi Finals will take place from March 12 to March 15, 2026.
Over these four days, teams will battle in highly competitive matches as the pressure increases with every game.
