BGMI is growing rapidly in India, and a major factor is the immense support it is receiving from the community. Earlier this year, the BGIS 2026 tournament became the most-watched event to date, and the upcoming BMPS event has the potential to break that record. Interestingly, the defending BMPS champions were eliminated in the last stages, and the team that wins this event will represent India globally at the Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris.
In this article, we will discuss which teams won this tournament from 2022 to 2025 and who was named the MVP.
BGMI BMPS Winners List (2022–2025)
| Year | Winner | Best IGL | MVP | Emerging Star |
| 2025 | Team AryanxTMG | DragonOP | Levi | |
| 2024 | Team XSpark | Punkk | SprayGod | Legit |
| 2023 | Blind Esports | Aadi | Spower | |
| 2022 | Team SouL | Omega | Goblin |
Note: BMPS 2026 hasn’t crowned a winner yet. The Grand Finals are set for June 19–21, 2026, at the Jaipur Convention Centre, so this list will get an update once the trophy is decided.
What Exactly Is BMPS?
BMPS is Krafton India Esports’ official tournament, and it first launched back in 2022 as an invite-only event for India’s top 96 BGMI rosters. It’s also one of the most-watched events in Indian esports, largely because the Grand Finals are always a full LAN production, not just an online grind.
To even get an invite, teams generally need a strong showing at BGIS first. That filtering process is part of why BMPS carries so much weight it’s not a tournament anyone can just sign up for.
The current 2026 season has been running since early May, with a prize pool that was bumped up to ₹4 crore partway through. The format has had online qualifiers and survival stages, followed by offline semifinals at the Nodwin Gaming Arena in Delhi, and now the finals are headed to Jaipur.
A Closer Look at Each Year’s Champion
BMPS 2025: Team AryanxTMG
Nobody really expected Team AryanxTMG to walk away with the title in 2025, which made the win even sweeter. The Grand Finals were held at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi, and this roster, made up of Hitler, Devotee, Henry, and Syrax, simply outplayed the bigger names over the course of the event, finishing with 136 points.
That run earned them ₹1.25 crore and, more importantly, a ticket to represent India at the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025.
BMPS 2024: Team XSpark
With their victory at BMPS 2024 held at the Adlux International Convention Centre in Kochi, Team XSpark became the first team to win back-to-back trophies following their BGIS 2024 triumph. A total of 128 teams participated in the event, and Team XSpark not only won the finals but also dominated the competition, securing 158 points and 4 Chicken Dinners. Additionally, Spraygod from Team XSpark was named the MVP, while Legit was recognised as the Emerging Star.
BMPS 2023: Blind Esports
Before Blind Esports could get their hands on the trophy, they first had to survive a punishing 96-team league stage split into Red and Blue groups, with just 16 spots up for grabs for the finals. The finals were played at EKA Arena in Ahmedabad with prize money of ₹1 crore.
From the very start of the event, Blind Esports ran rampant, racking up 249 points, with 121 of those points coming from finishes via Spower’s aggressive play. They went home with ₹40 lakh from the champions.
BMPS 2022: Team SouL
BMPS kicked off in 2022; it wasn’t a LAN event, as players competed from their homes or their organisations’ gaming houses. At the time, only a few teams such as Soul, GodLike, Entity, and OR dominated the scene. Team Soul emerged victorious in this tournament, even though none of their famous faces from the past were playing, as they had all retired; the roster consisted of Omega, Hector, Goblin, Akshat, and Coach Mortal.
