The Indian teams secured their slots through BGMI Showdown (BMSD) 2025, which wrapped up on October 12, 2025. The tournament was intense, with Orangutan Gaming emerging as the champions after a dominant performance. Their win not only earned them ₹30 lakh but also a direct entry into PMGC 2025.
Even though Orangutan has already qualified for PMGC, they will still compete in BMIC 2025 for the title and prize money. Following close behind were K9 Esports and Team Soul, who finished second and third, respectively. Other Indian teams like True Rippers, Gods Reign, Nebula, Mysterious4, and Madkings also showed great form and earned their places in the International Cup lineup.
From the South Korean side, Dplus dominated the PUBG Mobile Pro Series 2025 Season 2, earning their direct qualification to PMGC. As the defending global champions, Dplus will enter BMIC 2025 as the top contenders. Teams like NongShim RedForce, Jecheon Phalanx, and DRX also performed strongly in the Pro Series and will be looking to secure their own spots at PMGC through this tournament.
The Japanese teams bring their own power to the mix. Reject, one of Japan’s most consistent teams, won the PUBG Mobile Japan League 2025 Season 5 Phase 2. Alongside them, REIGNITE, Making The Road, and CAG Osaka finished in the top four and will represent Japan in Delhi.
