The German giants vs the Brazilian fighters in the Club World Cup and it was no easy task for either of the teams. The match might have ended in a draw but both the teams take an important point with them. Although Borussia Dortmund had more possession, Fluminense looked like the more menacing side on the field.

Fluminense looked to create chances but the Dortmund defence and Kobel were up to every attack of the Brazilian team.
On the other side of the field, Fluminense was also compact in their defence and were ready to sit deep whenever needed and were looking to play in counters but slowly started to gain momentum and regain the ball up on the pitch.

5 minutes later, Kobel obliged with a double save that saw Dortmund stay in the game.
After the 70th minute mark, the fatigue was sensed among the players as loose balls became frequent and the game became more chaotic. Several substitutes were called upon but the game remained the same. No player could affect the game and it ended in a 0-0 draw which saw Jhon Arias get the Superior player of the match trophy.
Thiago Silva was also the pick of the match as he won the most duels(9) in the match.
