The BWF World Tour Finals is one of the most prestigious events for badminton players. The tournament features the season’s top eight performers in five distinct categories – men’s and women’s singles and men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles events.
A year-ender event, Tthe BWF World Tour Finals is the successor to the BWF Super Series Finals, the event which saw its occurrence from 2008 to 2017.

Since the start of the tournament in 2018, China has been the most successful nation at the event, having won 14 titles overall – five in the mixed doubles, two each in the men’s singles and doubles and women’s singles, and three women’s doubles. Denmark and South Korea jointly share the second and third position with five titles each, while Japan complete the top four.

Chinese Taipei and Thailand the fourth and fifth place with three and two titles to their name respectively. Besides these nations, India and Indonesia are the two nations to have won at least one title.
