Rajasthan Royals suffered a major blow on Tuesday after all-rounder Ben Stokes was ruled out of IPL 2021 with a broken finger. The English all-rounder injured himself while taking a catch to dismiss Chris Gayle during a match against the Punjab Kings on Monday.

Rajasthan Royals have been already hampered by the absence of pacer Jofra Archer, who was ruled out of IPL 2021 due to an elbow injury. Now Ben Stokes’ ouster has created a mess for the RR management.

The team is in search of the all-rounder who can fill in the boots of Stokes, Hopefully, Sri Lanka All-rounder Thisara Perera is the no.1 contender to replace stokes in the upcoming matches.

Thisara Perera is in absolutely great shape, as the all-rounder recently hit 6 sixes in 6 balls in a club game. His experience can be beneficial for the team.

Chris Morris is another all-rounder present in the team, the expectations on him are too high as he was brought for whopping 16.25 Crores making him the most expensive cricketer in the history of IPL auctions.
