Indian cricket team and Ireland cricket team will be against each other in the T20Is. There will be two T20Is scheduled to be played between the two. For this series, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has named all-rounder Hardik Pandya as captain for these two games against Ireland.
Hardik Pandya landed in Dublin as he posted a photo on his official social media handles on Friday ahead of these games. As per Skipper Hardik’s latest tweet, he is excited to meet up with his teammates who have all been selected for this T20I and are already in Dublin. The other team members went early and started the training session.

Hardik was in a bubble and thus was given a few days of rest before this T20Is against Ireland. Hardik played well in the 5-match T20I series against South Africa. Unfortunately, the series ended up in a draw but the Indian team made a strong comeback after losing the first two games. Hardik Pandya’s captaincy has been talked about a lot after he won his first IPL trophy a few days ago. He was named captain for the first time in IPL.
