Comilla Victorians Team Profile, Records, Squad and Achievements: Bangladesh Premier League

The name Comilla Victorians were once given to this group (Cumilla Warriors). The Comilla Victorians team, often known as the Cumilla Warriors, is a Twenty20 franchise cricket team that competes in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The Bangladesh Cricket Board is in charge of organizing the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the highest level of professional Twenty20 cricket league in Bangladesh (BCB). When the Bangladesh Premier League entered its third season, the division-based clubs were switched out for city-based teams like the Comilla Victorians. This was done to broaden the league’s appeal to a broader audience. Comilla is one of Bangladesh’s most populous cities and is located in the Chittagong division. After a round of competitive bidding, Nafisa Kamal, owner of Legends Sporting Limited, was awarded the franchise rights and purchased them.

The journey that Comilla has taken through the BPL seasons has been a complicated one. The following two seasons could have been more consistent, even though they had previously won the championship in their first-ever appearance. They have recruited Steve Smith as their captain for the 2018–19 season of the Big Bash League. Following the ball-tamper incident, this will be his second outing in a worldwide T20 competition.
