Diwali Firework Moments 2022: Ind vs Scot in Nov 2021, India Won
India gave yet another reason to its fans last year to make the most out of Diwali. Ind vs Scot was a big victory for the fans.

The Indian Cricket Team has always made sure that the entire nation celebrates the “festival of lights” with the best of feelings after witnessing their favourite team play, and Diwali has always been a time when the streets of India are illuminated with bright lights. There has always been a strong connection between Diwali and Indian cricket. Memorable wins and records have always given the cricket community a boost of emotion and made it easier for them to celebrate a special event.
With Diwali just around the corner, let us reflect on some of the most memorable times that the Men in Blue have used their incredible performances to warm the hearts of a billion people:
Diwali cricket memories from the T20 World Cup, including India vs. Scotland As a result of the resounding victory by eight wickets,
Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, was celebrated by a billion people in India, and all of the country’s major cities were lit with fireworks to mark the occasion. Dubai was not an exception. And the Scots were able to get an up-close view of the fireworks display that was created by K.L. Rahul and Rohit Sharma as they hit the ball with their bats. India beat Scotland by a score of 8 wickets to keep its chances of making it to the semifinals of the Twenty20 World Cup.
At the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, a huge Indian crowd, all colourfully dressed in their Diwali costumes, cheered from the very start after birthday boy Virat Kohli, who was celebrating his 33rd birthday, won the toss for the very first time here and opted to field first, as the majority of games have been won by the team batting second. Kohli’s birthday was on the same day that he celebrated his 33rd birthday. The Scots were bowled out for a meagre score of 85, and India made fast work of completing the target by making 89 for two in only 6.3 overs to secure the victory and increase its run rate.
However, India performed exceptionally well. They did not make a single movement toward doing so. Every single one of the bowlers, except Varun Chakravarthy, managed to take at least one wicket, with Mohammed Shami and Ravindra Jadeja collecting three apiece. What an outstanding showing by India’s bowling team! Unquestionably excellent! During the most recent match, it was the hitters’ dazzling bat work that brought the crowd to its feet and captivated everyone’s attention.
