Bayern Munich defeated RB Leipzig in the Supercup final game on Saturday night to lift the trophy. FC Bayern has lifted a trophy before the start of the new Bundesliga season. It was a great start for them ahead of the new season and this will give them much confidence.
Bayern Munich has done some great business this summer as they signed so many talented players this summer. Some of them includes, Sadio Mane who joined from Premier League club named Liverpool FC, Ryan Gravenberch from Ajax, and a world-class defender Matthijs de Ligt from Serie A side Juventus. Sadio Mane did play in this game against RB Leipzig and also scored a goal. It was a high scoring game and it ended with a scoreline of 3-5, where Bayern’s two goal advantage gave them another trophy.
Bayern Munich want to play good in this year’s UEFA Champions League as their last season wasn’t much impressive. There were 5 different scorers for Bayern in this game. Musiala, Mane, Pavard, Gnabry, Sane were in the scoresheet for Bayern and helped the club to lift the Supercup 2022.
