Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur agreed on a two-year deal to sign Fraser Forster on Thursday, 2nd June. Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano shared a tweet on his official Twitter handle that Spurs have agreed on a deal to sign backup goalkeeper Fraser Forster.
“Contract until June 2024 for Fraser Forster as new Tottenham goalkeeper. Two-year deal agreed with Spurs to replace Gollini, Forster will be announced as second signing after Perisic in the coming days,” Tweets Fabrizio Romano.
Fraser Forster played for Southampton FC last season and did perform well for them in the English Premier League. Fabrizio also informed that paperwork to sign the goalkeeper has been completed between the clubs and Spurs will very soon announce Fraser Forster as a new Tottenham player. Antonio Conte has already had his man Ivan Perisic in the team before the summer transfer window. He led the team to the next season’s Champions League by finishing 4th in the points table. Tottenham may sign some more players in this summer transfer window as per Fabrizio Romano.
