Manchester City is cruising ahead in EPL

Manchester City is hungry to win the title for the fifth time in six seasons. They are unbeaten in 22 away league matches. The City last lose against Tottenham in their opener last season. However, Wolves lost a chance for a fightback as Nathan Collins got sent off for a stomach-high foul in the first half.

Earlier, Kevin De Bruyne’s low cross was perfectly placed for Grealish, who timed his run to strike it from close range. Haaland doubled the lead in the 16th minute. It was also his first goal from outside the area. This became Haaland’s 100th goal in his last 99 games in all competitions.

Foden added City’s third goal in the 69th minute, arriving in the six-yard box to flick in another De Bruyne’s cross. The Belgian star’s performance in the game was noteworthy, as he helped to score two goals for the EPL winners. Manchester City is going to meet Manchester United next, on October 2.
