 Rohit Sharma:

On July 6, 2019, the legendary batsman Rohit Sharma made ODI World Cup history by becoming the first player to hit five hundred in a single tournament. When Rohit reached his 27th ODI century against Sri Lanka in India’s final league game, he made history. In the 2019 50-over World Cup, Rohit scored hundreds against South Africa, Pakistan, England, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Chris Gayle:

West Indies defeated Pakistan by seven wickets in their World Cup 2019 encounter at Trent Bridge on Friday, with Chris Gayle scoring 50 off of 34. Chris Gayle scored the most runs for West Indies with 50 as they easily won in just 13.4 overs. Chris Gayle hit three sixes and six fours to achieve his half-century before getting out of the next ball he faced. Gayle, who refers to himself as the “Universe Boss,” surpassed the record for the most sixes hit in World Cup history during his inning. Three more than former South African batsman AB de Villiers, he now has 40 career maximums.

Sachin Tendulkar:

Tendulkar furthered his status as one of the greatest ODI batsmen of all time during the 2003 World Cup in South Africa, Kenya, and Zimbabwe, as he amassed 673 runs in 11 games, setting a tournament record.

Shakib Al Hasan:

At the 2019 World Cup, Shakib Al Hasan’s bat was on display in a way that had never `been seen before as the all-rounder finished the competition with the most runs scored. Even though he can lose his top spot the next day, his scoring consistency will remain unrivalled. Shakib scored 40 runs or more in each of the eight games, including two hundred and five half-centuries. The pressure of batting third brought out the best in the southpaw, who also played effectively with the ball. In the competition, Shakib took 11 wickets, including a 5-wicket haul.
