IND vs ENG: England won by 8 wickets by showcasing all-round performance

In the third T20I between India and England, the visitors won the toss and asked India to bat first. Indian opener Rohit Sharma made his comeback in the squad after so much criticism of Virat Kohli. India outclassed by England as the visitors won the 3rd T20I by 8 wickets.

Batting first, India didn’t get the start as they wanted, as once again KL Rahul gone for a duck. India scored 24 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 6 over’s batting powerplay. Even though master class innings by captain Virat Kohli helped the team to get a respectable total. He scored 77 runs in just 46 balls with 8 fours and 4 sixes. India managed to score 156 runs for a loss of 6 wickets in their given quota of 20 overs. Mark Wood took the most 3 wickets for England.

In the process of chasing 157 runs, England lost the early wicket of Jason Roy. Despite losing the early wicket, Jos Buttler kept on taking the charge to score runs. Buttler scored 83 runs in 52 balls along with Bairstow who scored 40 runs in 28 balls. England chased down 157 runs with 10 balls remains to bowl and get the lead of 2-1 in the five-matches T20I series
