Brand endorsements are currently a very common occurrence in the world of sports. It’s not difficult to find one’s favorite athlete from any sport supporting a number of companies to increase their consumer base. Neeraj Chopra

Mirabai Chanu 

Regarding Olympians, Mirabai Chanu, another prominent figure from the Tokyo Games, represented her nation with a silver medal in weightlifting. After this success, her endorsement income doubled, and she received a tonne of social media support. The first company to work with the athlete was Dominos. After Chanu’s ‘free pizza for life’ pledge garnered a lot of attention, the well-known pizza chain partnered with her for a digital activation deal. She was chosen as the brand ambassador of Amway India to endorse the company’s subsidiary brand Nutrilite, NEROCA FC to increase the national recognition of the football club, and Amrutanjan Healthcare to market their body products. The weightlifter already had strong partnerships with Adidas and Mobil Oil.

Rohit Sharma 

Rohit Sharma became the brand ambassador for Glenmark Pharmaceuticals’ venerable brand Candid Powder after signing an endorsement agreement with the company in March. Similar contracts followed, including his appointment as a brand ambassador for Sri Chaitanya’s Infinity Learn and the technical company Tagg. The illustrious Indian batsman also participated in the Adidas ‘Impossible is Nothing’ campaign to raise awareness about the plight of rhinos, an endangered animal. By working with the NFT portal, FanCraze, to expand his collectables, one of the best openers in the history of the sport recently made one of the most significant decisions ever.

Virat Kohli 

The skipper of the Indian national cricket team is Virat Kohli, one of the most alluring individuals and batsmen of modern-day cricket. Virat Kohli has a lengthy list of brand sponsorships. Virat Kohli has till now endorsed and promoted a total of 36 leading brands, including Myntra and Puma. His brand collaboration with Puma made history as the first athlete to secure a 110 crore deal with just one company in 2017. The leading brands promoted by Virat Kohli include Himalaya, Wrogn, Volini, Wellman, Uber India, Vicks India, Boost Energy, Digital Insurance, Great Learning, Mobile Premier League (MPL) and many more.
