IPL 2021: David Warner hits big, Records his 200th six during CSK VS SRH
David Warner has added another feather to his cap today in his match against Chennai Super Kings. The left-handed batsman who plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad has clocked a net 200 sixes in his career at the Indian Premier League.
He has also become the first batsman to hit fifty half-centuries in Indian Premier League history. He has been playing in the Premier League since 2009. He debuted in 2009 with Delhi Daredevils. He was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad during the 2014 auction and has played with the team ever since.
He replaced Kane Williamson as skipper of Sunrisers in 2020. On 8 October, Warner became the first player in IPL history to complete 50 fifty-plus scores after scoring 52 runs off 40 balls in a 69 run victory over Kings XI Punjab. He has been a magnificent player and investment for the franchise both as a player and skipper.
