IPL 2021: Despite a good start Mumbai Indians could manage to put the target of 151 runs against SRH
Despite a great start by Rohit and De Kock Mumbai Indians ended up getting 150 onboard against a great bowling lineup of SRH. Pollard finished up the inning with 2 sixes and led MI to 150.
After deciding to bat first, Mumbai got off to a very good start as captain Rohit and de Kock added 50-plus runs for the first wicket. Rohit lost his wicket in quest of accelerating the run rate. Suryakumar Yadav was not effective as he went too early.
De Kock played a responsible but slow inning and was dismissed at the time when the team needed him to accelerate. Ishan Kishan’s struggle with his form continued and got out early as he just scored 12 runs and took 21 balls.
Two Polly maximums at the end help us put 1⃣5⃣0⃣ on the board! 💪

Hardik, Pollard, and Krunal struggled to hit boundaries in the death overs but Pollard somehow managed to smash two sixes on the last two balls of the innings to take Mumbai to 150.
Let’s see that if MI can defend this low total once again as it did in the previous match against KKR. Against KKR, MI defended just 150 runs and won the match by 10 runs.
