IPL 2021: Liam Livingstone flies back to England due to bubble fatigue

Rajasthan Royals’ Liam Livingstone hasn’t played any matches yet for RR in IPL 2021.

Rajasthan Royals is already missed two of it’s best players namely, Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer. Where Stokes injured his index finger in their first encounter of IPL 2021, Archer had to undergo for a surgery and is still not very certain to join the league again. The Rajasthan based franchise has witnessed a big blow again, as Liam Livingstone has flown back to England due to bubble fatigue.

Before, many of the experts have confessed that the life in a bubble can be a little too much for the players, and moreover for the ones who have to be on the bench. The same seems to happened to Livingstone as he has been a part of various bubbles during the ongoing tournament.

Rajasthan Royals revealed the news on their Twitter handle on Tuesday quoting that Liam Livingstone flew back after their game against Chennai Super Kings on April 19. They stated that they respect his decision and will always support him.

“Liam Livingstone has flown back home late last night, due to bubble fatigue accumulated over the past year. We understand and respect his decision, and will continue supporting him in any way we can,” the tweet on the Rajasthan Royals’ account said.

The Royals are now in trouble with loss of such great players from their team. While Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer being gone, no update on the replacements has been announced yet. Now, they have to find a replacement for Liam as well.
