IPL 2021: Vikram Sathaye speaks on IPL being rescheduling in UK

IPL was recently called off due to COVID cases in a few teams. Discussions are going on to reschedule the tournament in September at a different venue.

Indian Premier League (IPL) has been one of the most followed leagues around the world with a very big fanbase. The tournament comprises eight teams battling to win the prestigious IPL trophy. Players from all over the world come together to participate making it the most diversified leagues around the world.

IPL was recently called off due to COVID cases in a few teams. Discussions are going on to reschedule the tournament in September at a different venue.

Recently, cricket presenter Vikram Sathaye spoke on shifting the venue to England to conduct the remaining part of the IPL.

“I think the ECB will say to BCCI “Play the IPL in the UK and we will schedule entire English Calendar based on IPL for the next 100 years” 🙂 #IPL2021″

Discussions and confrontations are still on for holding the remaining part of the league. The tournament was earlier banned for a week but was called off keeping in mind the safety of other players.

Fans will be eagerly waiting to watch the leftover part of the tournament and cheering for their favorite sides.
