Is there any bowler in this whole tournament who can get @ShubmanGill and Sai Sudharsan out? Because the way they bat, they make every pitch look like it’s their backyard. It’s like watching someone walk into their house, lie on their couch, and just chill — that’s how…

GT Captain Shubman Gill Talks About Strategy and Focus
At the toss, Gujarat Titans (GT) captain Shubman Gill spoke about the team’s preparation and goals for the rest of the season. He mentioned they worked on their fielding during the break and are focused on winning their remaining league matches. He said:
“KG (Rabada) comes back for us. That is a good sign and is a relief for us. Definitely, it has been a very good tournament for us so far. We have 3 matches left in the league phase; we are trying to win each one of them.
“That is the thing with each game in any tournament. We have to start fresh every time we take the field. So hopeful, this break helps us. Our fielding wasn’t on the good side. We have worked on it during the break.”
“Everyone is a professional. We are hoping that anyone who is coming back will put on a good performance. It looks like a good wicket. We have seen that in Delhi, whenever there is a fresh pitch, it is naturally a high-scoring surface. Just one change. Rabada comes in for Gerald Coetzee.”
On the other hand, Delhi Capitals captain Axar Patel said that despite recent struggles, the team is staying positive and focusing on each game. He explained:
“Dew will be a huge factor in this venue. Toss is never in your hands so we will bat well and then we will see how it goes. The mindset has been really positive. We will look to take one game at a time. We have not played good cricket in the last 6-7 games but still we are in a pretty strong position. We will look to play the way we had in the first half of the season and won’t think much about the qualification scenario.”
“Yes, some of the players had gone back home. I always respect personal decisions. In the team meeting I told everyone that I need 100% effort in the game rather than thinking much about what’s happening off the field. We will look to execute our plans. We are playing with 3 spinners and 3 fast bowlers. Vipraj comes in place of Madhav and Fizz comes in place of Starc.”
