John Cena Becomes WWE Grand Slam Champion: In WWE, a Grand Slam Champion is a superstar who has won all the major titles available in their division during their career. For men, this includes a world title, a mid-card title, and tag team championships. Only a small group of wrestlers have ever earned this achievement, making it one of the biggest honors in WWE.

John Cena Joins the Grand Slam List

John Cena is the newest name added to this list. He won the Intercontinental Championship on RAW in Boston after defeating Dominik Mysterio. With this win, Cena has now held every major championship in the men’s division. This moment also came near the end of his in-ring career, making it even more emotional for fans who have followed his journey for many years.

There are many legends who achieved this before Cena. This includes Kurt Angle, one of Cena’s earliest rivals, and other standout names like Eddie Guerrero, The Miz, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Rey Mysterio, AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, and Kofi Kingston. Some former WWE stars who are also Grand Slam Champions include Edge, Big Show, Daniel Bryan, Chris Jericho, Dean Ambrose, and Jeff Hardy.

After Cena won the title, Kofi Kingston joked about how long it took Cena to complete the Grand Slam, showing how rare and difficult this achievement really is.

Grand Slam Champions in the Women’s Division

In the Women’s division, the requirements are similar: a wrestler must win the Women’s World Championship and the Women’s Tag Team Championships. With WWE recently adding mid-card titles for women, the number of new possible Grand Slam Champions will grow in the coming years.

Currently, the list of women who have achieved Grand Slam status includes Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Rhea Ripley, Asuka, and Bayley. Sasha Banks, now wrestling outside WWE under the name Mercedes Varnado, is also a Grand Slam Champion.

Since the mid-card Women’s title is new, only a few stars have held it so far, including Becky Lynch, Lyra Valkyria, Zelina Vega, Chelsea Green, and Giulia.

Possible Future Grand Slam Champions

Several rising stars could soon join the list. Names like Bron Breakker, Jade Cargill, Stephanie Vaquer, Jacob Fatu, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn are all strong possibilities. As WWE continues to expand championship opportunities, more wrestlers will have the chance to complete the Grand Slam.

A Milestone Moment for Cena

John Cena’s Grand Slam victory holds special meaning because it comes as he approaches retirement. Many fans see this as a perfect final highlight in his legendary career. Cena has entertained WWE audiences for over two decades, and this achievement adds another historic chapter to his story.

His win reminds fans why his legacy has lasted so long: hard work, consistency, and the connection he built with people around the world.
