Kumara Chokshananda Sangakkara (born October 27, 1977) is a Sri Lankan cricket commentator, retired competitive cricketer, business tycoon, ICC Hall of Fame inductee, past president of Marylebone Cricket Club, and former captain of the Sri Lanka national cricket team in all formats. At various points in his international career, he was regarded as one of the best existing batsmen in the world in all three types of cricket. He is the current coach of the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
