Manchester United had one of the worst start to the season in the Premier League as they have lost their both opening games against Brighton FC and Brentford FC respectively. They had one of the worst first half in the history of the club against Brentford last week. To improve the squad Manchester United manager has said they need new signings.

Manchester United are looking for midfielders and strikers. One of the potential option in striking is Matheus Cunha who plays for La Liga side Atletico Madrid. The young striker is good and has great skills. It seems Erik ten Hag wants the Brazilian forward (Matheus Cunha) in his team to give some competition to Cristiano Ronaldo and Anthony Martial. However, United’s main forward target is Antony of Ajax, but due to their valuation, United aren’t bidding for him.

According to Fabrizio Romano, United were in direct contacts with the La Liga side named Atletico Madrid for Matheus Cunha and it is expected the opening bid is near. Reports suggests it would take around €50 million to buy the Brazilian forward or the price can he higher as well.
