Michael Edward Killeen Hussey is an Australian cricket player who used to play all kinds of cricket. He is thought to be one of the best batsmen in the history of Australian cricket. Hussey was born on May 27, 1975, in Morley, Western Australia. In 1995, he played his first game for Western Australia. He quickly became a regular member of the state team. In 2004, he was picked to play for Australia, and he went on to become one of the best batsmen in the country. His Test batting average of 51.52 is the third highest of any Australian, and he scored 6,235 runs in 79 Tests.
Hussey also did well in One Day International (ODI) cricket, scoring 4,552 runs in 185 games. His 48.15 batting average in ODIs is the second-best of any Australian player.
