A professional American football team headquartered in Chicago is known as the Bears. The National Football Conference (NFC) North division is where the Bears compete in the National Football League (NFL).
The Bears hold the NFL record for both the most players with retired jersey numbers and the most Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees, and they have won nine NFL Championships overall, including one Super Bowl. Aside from the Green Bay Packers, the Bears have earned the second-most victories of any NFL team.
The business was established in Decatur, Illinois, on September 20, 1919. It become professional on September 17, 1920, and in 1921 it relocated to Chicago. Along with the Arizona Cardinals, who were originally from Chicago, it is one of just two franchises from the NFL’s 1920 foundation that have survived.
Through the 1970 season, the team played its home games at Wrigley Field on the North Side of Chicago; they now do so at Soldier Field, which is located near the South Side’s Lake Michigan. The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears have a protracted rivalry.
Halas Hall, the team’s headquarters, is located in the Lake Forest neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. During the regular season, the Bears train in nearby facilities. After extensive renovations, Halas Hall started hosting a Training Camp in 2020.

Major Strength of Chicago Bears
With a strong defensive front, the Bears can still pressure the passer. They had a disastrous defensive line last year, going 6-11 with 49 sacks due to their new system, but now they see it as their greatest strength. Al-Quadin Muhammad, a former Colts end, is the third edge rusher and is coming off a six-sack season.
Trevis Gipson and Robert Quinn have a combined 25 1/2 sacks. As a three-technique in the preseason, Justin Jones had enough burst to suggest he can be the inside attacker this plan calls for. The addition of former Vikings lineman Armon Watts after a season with five sacks strengthened the inside depth. However, they kept Angelo Blackson, signed Mike Pennel, and acquired Watts to address run-stopping concerns. One major concern was that they had gone too small in an effort to locate one-gap attackers.
