The Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024 is ready to kick off from November 30 to December 21, bringing cricket excitement to Nepal. All matches will take place at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. This new tournament replaces the Nepal T20 League, which was last held during 2022–23.
Participating Teams and Captains
A total of eight teams will compete for the championship title this season. Here are the teams and their captains:

- Chitwan Rhinos: Kushal Malla
- Janakpur Bolts: Aasif Sheikh
- Karnali Yaks: Sompal Kami
- Kathmandu Gurkhas: Karan KC

Format and Matches
The league will feature 32 matches, including the playoffs. In the initial league stage, every team will face all other teams once. After this, the top four teams will move to the playoffs:
- Qualifier 1: The top two teams will battle for a spot in the final.
- Eliminator: The third and fourth-ranked teams will compete, with the winner advancing.
- Qualifier 2: The loser of Qualifier 1 will play the winner of the Eliminator.
- Final: The winners of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 will face off for the trophy.
