The Qatar government has waived off the isolation period for the Indian Football Team, giving them a time of approximately fourteen days to prepare for the 2022 World Cup qualifying match booked on June 3 in Doha.
The Indian team will have to stay in the bio-secure climate and need to rigorously hold fast to the Covid-19 conventions set up by the coordinators.
All the team members along with the coach have been asked to assemble in Delhi and present at least two Covid Negative reports before boarding a flight for Qatar.
The Blue Tigers will play against Qatar, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan with an eye on the 2023 Asian Cup.
The Team is expected to leave for Doha on 19th May.
