1991 ODI World Cup Vs Bangladesh
The Wasim Akram-led Pakistan side were beaten by Bangladesh in a group match at the County Ground in Northampton on May 31, 1999. The Pakistani side was bowled all out for 161 in 44.3 overs while chasing a target of 224 runs set by the Bangladesh.
2007 ODI World Cup Vs Ireland
Minnows Ireland thrashed Pakistan, led by Inzamam-ul-Haq, during the 2007 World Cup group match at Sabina Park in Jamaica on March 17, 2007. Pakistan set a target of 133 runs which it could not defend. Ireland chased down the target in 41.4 overs to end Pakistan’s campaign in the event.

2022 T20 World Cup Vs Zimbabwe
Pakistan lost to Zimbabwe in a group clash of the T20 World Cup 2022 by one run at Perth. Zimbabwe posted a total of 130 runs. However, the Pakistani side led by Babar Azam fell short by one run and could score only 129 runs.
2023 ODI World Cup Vs Afghanistan
The Afghanistan cricket team which is on a rise, defeated neighbour Pakistan by eight wickets in an ODI World Cup match played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on October 23, 2023. The Babar Azam-led side scored 282 runs in 50 overs but failed to defend it. The Afghans chased down the target with an over to spare.

2024 T20 World Cup Vs the USA
This by far has to be the most humiliating defeat suffered by Pakistan on international stage. The USA set a target of 159 runs at Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas in its first group clash of the tournament. The match was tied in the end that led to a thrilling Super Over. Ireland smashed 19 runs in the Super Over and restricted Pakistan only to 13, handing one of the most mortifying defeats to Pakistan.
