The Lahore Qalandars is a Twenty-20 cricket team in the Pakistan Super League. They are based in the city of Lahore (PSL). There has yet to be a success for the Lahore Qalandars in the Pakistan Super League. Sohail Akhtar leads the Lahore Qalandars as captain. In the first-ever season of the Pakistan Super League, the Lahore Qalandars franchise was born. Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore is where you can catch a Lahore Qalandars game at home. When it comes to scoring runs, Fakar Zaman is the team leader, whereas Shaheen Shah Afridi is the leader when it comes to picking up wickets.
The Qatar Lubricants Company paid $25.1 million for a ten-year contract to become the new owner of the Lahore Qalandars franchise. Franchised Jazz also hosted a talent search called “Jazz Rising Stars,” which scoured eight cities in Pakistan in search of fresh new talent.

In PSL 2016, he had the most runs. After trading many prominent players before PSL 2017, Lahore Qalandars failed to qualify for playoffs. Only 3 of their 8 league games were won, and they finished last. In PSL 2018, the team did worse. Lahore Qalandars finished last in PSL 2018 after winning only two league matches. Lahore Qalandars finished last in PSL 2019. The big players’ weak performance was disappointing. Lahore Qalandars had their greatest PSL season in 2020. Sohail Akhtar led the team.
