The Patna Pirates vs Puneri Paltan encounter in Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 yielded a spectacular result as the Pirates earned their first victory of the season with a convincing 48-37 win over table-topper Puneri Paltan at the Vishwanadh Sports Club in Vizag on Monday.
The win snapped the three-match losing sequence of the three-time PKL champions, with Ayan Lohchab being the top performer, scoring 21 incredible raid points in a match that witnessed three ALL OUTs being inflicted on the Paltan.

Patna Pirates began on a fine note with Ayan Lohchab doing a Super Raid, taking out Gurdeep, Vishal Bhardwaj, and Aditya Shinde in one shot. Ayan then followed it up with a successful raid on Gaurav Khatri, while Aslam Inamdar and Abinesh Nadarajan were left scoreless for Puneri Paltan.
This early pressure registered the first ALL OUT suffered by the Paltan, and by the first timeout, Patna was ahead 15-4 one of the strongest opening bursts of the season.
