Ramakrishna Ghosh, an all-rounder for Chennai Super Kings, has been ruled out of the rest of IPL 2026 because of a fractured right foot. The 28-year-old got injured just one day after his debut match against the Mumbai Indians on May 2. 

He had a good start to his career, as he took one catch and also picked up one wicket in that game. But sadly, his season ended very quickly due to this injury. It is a big setback for both Ghosh and CSK, as he looked like a useful player for the team.

Ramakrishna Ghosh Shines on Debut, But Ruled Out

Ramakrishna Ghosh, an all-rounder for Chennai Super Kings, had a very good debut even though he got injured. In his first match against the Mumbai Indians, he made an impact by taking a catch to dismiss Will Jacks and also picked up the important wicket of Suryakumar Yadav. This showed that he could be a useful player for the team. 

However, he suffered a fracture in his right foot soon after the match and has been ruled out of the rest of IPL 2026. This is another injury problem for CSK, as players like Nathan Ellis, Ayush Mhatre, and Khaleel Ahmed are also dealing with injuries, making things harder for the team.
