In the 14th over, Arshad Khan brought the 5th breakthrough for Gujarat in the form of Tim David, who scored 24(17), and after Tim David’s wicket, Virat Kohli was not looking to hit fours and sixes, and instead focused on reaching the target without playing any risky strokes.
On 17.4 overs, Virat Kohli hit a boundary, and on the very next ball, the skipper finished the match with a six, and Bangalore locked back-to-back titles and defended their title.
