Umpires in Australia’s Big Bash League have reported Pakistan pacer Mohammad Hasnain’s bowling action, and he will be tested here.

According to Reports, Hasnain, who just ended a productive five-game spell with Sydney Thunder, will now undergo the test at the ICC-accredited biomechanics laboratory in Lahore.

After making his Pakistan debut in 2019, Hasnain, who once bowled a 155kph delivery in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL), has played eight ODIs and 18 T20 Internationals.

He was brought in as a replacement for English bowler Saqib Mahmood and had a great debut season in the BBL, collecting seven wickets from five matches at an average of 15.71 and an economy rate of 6.00 per over.

Hasnain was supposed to have a bowling action test on January 19 in Australia, but he couldn’t since he had to return to Pakistan.
