SABA Women’s Championship 2025 is the third edition of the tournament organized by the South Asia Basketball Association (SABA). This season marks the return after a gap of three years, the latest one being in 2022.
This year’s event will be held at the KD Jadhav Indoor Stadium in New Delhi, India, and is set to go on the floors from 23 February to 26 February 2025. As per the format, all teams will face each other in a round-robin stage, and the top two teams will advance to the finals on Wednesday.
Only three teams will be participating in the tournament this year namely Maldives, Nepal and India. Maldives have been in the third position in both previous seasons and Nepal have finished second. Meanwhile, this will mark the debut of India in the tournament leading to a big moment in history for the country in basketball.
The SABA Women’s Championship will be available for live-streaming on SportsCast India’s YouTube channel. No TV broadcast will be available for the tournament in India.

With India’s first time being a part of the competition, they quickly marked their supremacy by defeating Nepal in the opening match held on 23 February. Nepal will face Maldives in today’s match.
