Sri Lankan spin bowler Wanindu Hasaranga suffered a groin muscle strain in the first ODI against Australia. Despite an injury, Wanindu Hasaranga will remain with the Sri Lankan squad as per reports. The spinner will be with the team in the entire 5-match ODI series against Australia and possibly could feature for them if gets better.

Wanindu Hasaranga was injured during the first ODI and still, he took 4 wickets in the game in the 9 overs he bowled. The Australian team played well and won the match but Hasaranga was brilliant in that game. Hasaranga didn’t feature for Sri Lanka in the second ODI against Australia.
