New Zealand vs Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka’s second match of the Super 8 stage of the 2026 Men’s T20 World Cup will be against New Zealand. The game in question is expected to offer a good contest between bat and ball, as New Zealand is known to punch above its weight in ICC tournaments and would aim to do so against Sri Lanka as well.

Sri Lanka, on the other hand, will have home advantage with them, which includes being familiar with the nature of the surface and the conditions.

Pakistan vs Sri Lanka

The Dasaun Shanaka-led side will face Pakistan in their final game in theSuper 8 round, which will be played on thepenultimate day of the Super 8 games, and would look to clinch a win in that game also so as to increase their chances of making it to the semi-final, which will be played on March 4 and March 5.
