Well, although fans were anticipating the reigning champion Bret Hart to defeat Yokozuna, the American wrestling sensation, Yokozuna managed by the devious Mr. Fuji ended up clinching the title after Mr. Fuji threw salt in Bret Hart’s eyes. Despite Yokozuna being brutally criticised by the fans for his unethical victory against Bret Hart, he established himself as the second-youngest WWE wrestler to clinch a championship title at the age of 26 years, six months and two days.

The “dead man” of the World Wrestling Entertainment company, Mark William Calaway, clinched his maiden championship title at the Survivor Series 1991 on 27 November 1991 against Hulk Hogan at the age of twenty-six years, eight months and three days, making him the fourth-youngest wrestler to clinch a championship title as of July 2025. In the final minute of the bout, the Undertaker delivered a Tombstone Piledriver onto the steel chair and defeated Hulk Hogan.
