Bo Dallas hasn’t been seen in the ring since 2019, but he has made infrequent appearances on film via VHS tapes alongside his alter persona, Uncle Howdy.
With the recent revelation that he is Uncle Howdy and the leader of the Wyatt Sicks, there is a good probability he will be participating in the ring very soon.

Will Uncle Howdy play a match at SummerSlam?
Uncle Howdy is likely to face Chad Gable at WWE SummerSlam. Furthermore, given that The Fiend made his debut during the event, Uncle Howdy will likely follow suit. Earlier in the episode, the commentators discovered a video left for them. The video was as strange as the other videos featuring Uncle Howdy. In the latest video, Dallas says:

It’s unknown why the newly created faction is targeting Chad Gable, but it’ll be interesting to see how WWE wants to handle the storyline for the newly established Wyatt gang, which presently includes Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, and Nikki Cross.
Being present at SummerSlam will benefit both parties at this time. Wyatt Sicks and Chad Gable require the exposure that the next tournament will easily deliver. While WWE has not built a strong mystical aura around Uncle Howdy at this time, they may do so shortly to give the character a new dimension.
