The US Open is in full swing with players battling out at the last grand slam of the year. However, it is not just in the sport that they are competing, they are also putting their best fashion foot forward.
Players are taking the opportunity at the US Open to flash their sartorial prowess and make a statement. They are flaunting unique accessories to express themselves.
Here are the top 4 fashion statement from the US Open we loved the most:
Novak Djokovic’s Jacket
To celebrate Djokovic’s status as the Greatest of All Time (G.O.A.T.), Lacoste unveiled a limited-edition collection that blends sportswear elegance with rich symbolic storytelling. The centerpiece of this tribute is a custom-designed white windbreaker jacket, created by Lacoste’s creative director Pelagia Kolotouros.
The back of the jacket features a beautifully embroidered world map, marked by four tennis balls in distinct colors, each pinpointing the location of the four Grand Slam tournaments- Melbourne, Paris, London, and New York. It’s a quiet, refined homage to the global journey Djokovic has conquered time and again.
In an unprecedented move, Lacoste has temporarily replaced its iconic crocodile logo with the silhouette of a goat- a clear nod to Djokovic’s “G.O.A.T.” status in tennis lore. This symbolic switch appears across a commemorative line of apparel, emphasizing the brand’s recognition of Djokovic’s unmatched legacy.
Naomi Osaka’s Labubu Doll
Osaka arrived for her first-round match in a shimmering, monochrome red Nike look that turned heads. Her entrance ensemble- a sequined, zip-up cropped jacket paired with a bubble-hem skirt- sparkled with every step, reflecting the bright energy of New York’s biggest tennis stage.
She completed the walk-on look with a sleek black visor, ruby-red custom Beats headphones, and a trending plush accessory: a red Labubu figurine decked out in jewels and cheekily named “Billie Jean Bling”, a playful nod to tennis icon Billie Jean King.
Venus Williams’s Furry Racket Case
On Monday, she stepped out in a crisp white ERL skirt, polo and jacket, accessorised with a fuzzy racket case that resembled a chicken drumstick- a playful retro nod that had social media buzzing.
but was, in fact, a blonde, fuzzy tennis racket case with an aged leather strap and handles. The fun, fluffy accessory was decidedly retro, conjuring the kind of brightly colored dyed pelt bags sold by Blumarine or Juicy Couture in the 1990s.

Sabalenka’s jewelry was custom made, so an exact retail price isn’t available, but similar pieces from Material Good sell for between $2,800 and $13,400.
