What is the Lowest Base Price of Buying a Player in the IPL Auctions?
With a base price range of INR 20 lakh (the least) to INR 2 crore, the IPL auction 2023 will feature 405 cricketers, 273 of whom are Indian and 132 of whom are foreign.
There are 19 cricketers competing for the top prize of INR 2 crore. However, none of them is Indian. Three people from Australia, eight from England, three each from New Zealand and South Africa, and two from the West Indies are included on the list. Five Australians, a Bangladeshi, four Englishmen, and a West Indian make up the entire INR 1.5 crore slab, which is also made up entirely of foreign cricketers.
Mayank Agarwal and Manish Pandey, two of the most expensive cricket players in India, have set a price tag of one crore. They are the only Indians who have an income of more than 50 lacks. In actuality, there are just 21 other properties above INR 20 lakh, including the two previously stated ones, with 17 of them priced at INR 50 lakh, one at 40 lacks, and three at 30 lacks.
