Each of the eight spots up for grabs in the Super Eight stage of the T20 World Cup has been confirmed, with India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, West Indies, England, South Africa and Zimbabwe confirming their spots for the next round. The Super Eight stage will begin from February 21.
