WIL vs ENGL: West Indies enters in semi’s as they beat England by 5 wickets

West Indies Legends fixed their semi-final birth as they beat England Legends by 5 wickets in Raipur on Tuesday.

England bats first and they got a very good start from both the openers. 81 runs partnership for the first wicket takes them ahead in the match. Mustard and Owais Shah scored the most runs for England Legends. Mustard scored 57 runs in 41 balls and Owais Shah scored 53 runs in just 30 balls and with the help of these knocks England Legends scored a very good total of 186 for the loss of 3 wickets and set a target of 187 runs.

In the process to chase the total, West Indies Legends also starts well in the power play. They scored 55 runs without losing any wicket in a 6-over powerplay. From the West Indies’ side, Dwayne Smith and Deonarine scored half-centuries. Dwayne Smith scored 58 runs in just 31 balls and Deonarine scored 53 runs in 37 balls. With the help of these knocks, West Indies Legends chased down the target of 187 in the last ball of the game. And they will play their semi-final game against India Legends on 17 March.
