The latest episode of WWE RAW gave fans plenty to talk about, especially when it came to The Usos. The Samoan twins, Jey and Jimmy Uso, appeared in several backstage and in-ring segments. They were seen twice with Roman Reigns and also competed in the main event against CM Punk and LA Knight. However, the night didn’t go well for them as they ended up losing the match.
More than the defeat, what caught everyone’s attention was the growing tension between the brothers. After last week’s short-lived Bloodline reunion, it seems things are once again falling apart between Jey and Jimmy. Here are three clear signs that The Usos are no longer on the same side.
3. Jey Uso Ignored Jimmy During Their Backstage Segment on RAW
During the segment where Roman Reigns’ match against Bronson Reed for Crown Jewel was made official, The Usos were seen backstage with The Tribal Chief. When Jimmy tried to speak with Roman, Jey turned his head away, completely ignoring his brother.
Even when Jimmy referred to them as “us,” Jey interrupted him and ended the conversation abruptly. This cold reaction from Jey shows that the bond between the brothers isn’t what it used to be. His changed attitude toward Jimmy clearly signals a growing distance between the two.
2. Jey Uso Is Following Roman Reigns’ Commands
Ever since Roman Reigns returned to RAW, Jey has been seen following his lead once again. Roman advised Jimmy to stay out of Jey’s way, saying that if he truly wanted to help his brother, he should let him find his own path.
Jey seems to have taken those words seriously. He’s been focused on pleasing Reigns and has started acting like part of the old Bloodline again, while keeping Jimmy at arm’s length. This shift in loyalty shows that Jey’s priorities have changed, and his partnership with Jimmy might be done for good.
1. They Are No Longer Working as a Team
During Jey’s confrontation with CM Punk and LA Knight, fans saw the biggest sign of division. Jey superkicked LA Knight but was stopped by Jimmy when he tried to attack CM Punk. Jimmy’s interference gave Punk an opening, and he ended up taking control of the situation.
After the match, Jey was visibly upset with Jimmy, clearly questioning why his brother had stopped him. Their communication and coordination were completely off during the main event. Even though they managed to put up a good fight, it was obvious they weren’t on the same page.
