The Khelo India Winter Games 2025 is underway in Leh, Ladakh. The breathtaking Himalayan mountains in the northernmost region of India are playing host to more than 400 young athletes who are looking to become future stars.
The sports meet is India’s grassroots-level multi-sport competition for winter sports athletes.
Khelo India Winter Games 2025 will be held in two different phases. The first one will be held in Ladakh from January 23 to 27.
The second phase will be hosted by Jammu and Kashmir from February 22 to 25. Gulmarg’s Kangdoori Phase 1 and Golf Course Club will be used as venues for the second phase.

Khelo India Winter Games 2025: Where to watch live
Live telecast of the Games will be available on DD Sports TV channels in India.
The Winter Games will be the first Khelo India event this year. The Khelo Indian Youth & Para Games will be held in April followed by the Khelo India University Games later in the year.
Launched in 2020, the first three editions of the Khelo India Winter Games were both hosted and won by Jammu and Kashmir. In the 2024 edition, co-hosted by Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Army emerge as champions.
