If you want the Daredevil Badge in PEAK, get ready for a wild ride literally. This isn’t about slow climbing or careful moves. You’ll be shot out of a Scout Cannon and fly over a huge canyon. It’s fast, risky, and exciting just like the badge’s name suggests.

This badge arrived with the latest Mesa update, and here’s everything you need to know to earn it.

Step 1: Find a Scout Cannon

To unlock the Daredevil Badge, you need to shoot yourself across Mesa Canyon using a Scout Cannon. This will also give you a cool helmet as a reward. But finding the cannon is the real challenge it’s not sitting around waiting for you.

These cannons can be found inside white suitcases scattered around the map. They’re heavy, weighing about 15 units, so carrying one will slow you down. You won’t be sprinting like usual.

Extra Tip: Search carefully near high-traffic areas or corners of the Mesa map suitcases sometimes spawn where players don’t look often.

Step 2: Head to the Mesa Biome

The Mesa biome is where all the action happens. From August 11, 2025, the Alpine biome has been replaced by Mesa for a limited time, making this the perfect chance.

Once you enter Mesa, you’ll walk across a mostly flat stretch of land. Keep moving until you reach the giant canyon this is where the magic happens.

Step 3: Set Up the Cannon

Place the Scout Cannon right at the edge of the canyon for the best chance of crossing. You’ll see a blue outline to guide your aim. Take your time here if your aim is off, you might fall short and have to try again.

Pro Tip: Line up the cannon slightly higher than you think you need. It’s better to overshoot than to miss by a small distance.

Step 4: Launch Yourself

Once the cannon is in place, light the fuse with the E key. Quickly climb in before it fires. In seconds, you’ll be flying high over the canyon in true daredevil style. Stick your landing on the opposite side, and you’ll instantly unlock the Daredevil Badge plus that helmet as a bonus.

Why This Badge is Special

Unlike other achievements in PEAK, this one is all about speed, risk, and precision. The whole process feels like a stunt from an action movie, making it one of the most fun challenges in the game.

Extra Challenge: Try doing the jump at night in-game for an even cooler experience it makes the leap look cinematic and thrilling.
