GTA 6 is still months away from release, yet fans are already debating whether Rockstar Games will bring story-mode DLCs to the game. DLCs usually add new missions, new characters or even fresh storylines, and many players believe GTA 6 has plenty of room for expansions. One idea that has gained attention is a possible Biker-themed DLC.
Since GTA 6 is set in the State of Leonida, which includes Vice City, the return of the Biker gang seems very likely. This has made fans wonder if Rockstar might build a full side-story around them after launch.
Here are the main reasons why GTA 6 could receive a Biker DLC.
Bikers were an important gang in GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories
The Biker gang played a major part in the storyline of GTA Vice City. Tommy Vercetti works closely with their leader Mitch Baker, completing missions to earn their trust and help secure protection for a Love Fist concert. After their mission arc, Tommy is accepted as a member of the gang.
They were also heavily featured in GTA Vice City Stories, which takes place a few years before Vice City. Their repeated importance across multiple games shows that Rockstar considers the Bikers a key part of the Vice City world.
Since GTA 6 brings players back to the same region, it wouldn’t be surprising to see a deeper focus on the Bikers. Early screenshots already show motorcycles and biker-style characters, hinting that the gang may appear in the base game. A dedicated DLC could then explore their story further with its own missions, characters and conflicts.
Rockstar might return to story DLC after many years
Rockstar has not released single-player story DLC for a very long time. The last one was The Ballad of Gay Tony for GTA 4, which is still considered one of the best expansions in the franchise. GTA 5 never received any story DLC, despite being one of the biggest games in the world.
Many players have been hoping for Rockstar to bring back classic story expansions. GTA 6 could be the game where the studio finally revisits this format. A Biker DLC would fit perfectly it connects to the Vice City setting, has strong history in the series, and allows Rockstar to tell a new side-story without affecting the main campaign.
